3.1 It is proposed at Agenda Item 10, Amendments to the Council’s Constitution, that a new Housing and Leisure Overview and Scrutiny Committee be constituted. If it is resolved by Council that the new committee is constituted as proposed, then the nominations to that committee have been made by the political groups as follows, including the Chair and Vice Chair:
